“Men’s Misogyny”How beautifully did 2017 start?

At the end of another gnarly year, took place another intolerable incident. While we celebrated the new years eve, an unfortunate instance had taken place in the ‘Garden city’ (Banglore). 
Another woman was victimised in a place where people showcase faith in female deity. 

On 1st jan , around 2 am, early in the morning , a scandalous case had taken place. A case in which a woman was made to suffer, again. 
So, in the case of groping and assault of the woman ,the progress made and the information pooled so far is that the girl (victim) had been stalked for 4-5 days and had been molested on the New Years.
Also, the names that were brought to light goes as follows : Aiyappa , the delivery boy who is also regarded as the main culprit since he was the one who molested the lady. Sudesh who is also a delivery boy, Leno , a helper and Somashekar a driver are also the ones who were engrossed in the molestation case. These are the four of six culprits who have been arrested and the police is working their ass off to catch hold of the other two culprits.

Must be thankful to the apostle, Prashant Francis, a resident of Kammanahalli, who came forward with the “gory” video to help police chase the culprits.

You know, its sometimes really hard to believe that there exists prophets in the land of demons. 
I believe , at this stage of jeopardy , only a revolution can bring about a change in the minds of people. 

Until then, you choose, what you want to do,

Why to overthink?

Why to give importance to people’s opinions?

Just ask yourself why?
I constantly evoke myself to stay away from people who try to put me down, and so should you. 

Lets end 2016 with a beautiful note and start a fresh 2017!
How many of y’all watched Dear Zindagi? If you haven’t, you should! Its kind of philosphical, if you are planning to watch then must tell you that you are signing up for 3 hours of intense philosophy. 
Basically the idea here is to write down a letter to yourself, to your life about all the ups and downs you have faced and promise to improve yourself and become even more wiser in 2017.

                     You have been complicated for a while and gave me so many temporary people in life but I am sure you are in the process of making me much stronger, so its all been fair till now, hope you’ll let me meet the special me in 2017 and make me even more stonger and wiser in the coming year.

Being critical? not right!

The other day, I met somebody and felt that we sort of have connection , we spoke for a while,We spoke about various topics, from girl stuff to deep conversations, just everything. Its not that I met that person for the first time or something but I had a proper conversation with her for the first time and it was great. So what I am about to mention to you is actually a part of our conversation which I think is really worth a read. 

You know sometimes when you look at somebody and come to conclusions, those conclusions may be wrong most of the times. I myself look at people and judge them which is not right ofcourse, so I am working on it and I think we all should work on our thinking. 

You might look at a person who wears Indian and subconsiously you get to a conclusion that she is more into culture and rituals,but it might be the exact opposite, she may smoke or is may be into something else. You might look at a person who wears crop tops, goes to parties , has fun but still deep down has her own principles and beliefs. And also I believe that every person who spreads rumours or believes in rumours is indirectly or directly being judgemental which is not appropriate. You can’t judge anybody from their style of dressing or way of approaching things. Its just not right.

It would all be so good when we learn to accept that every person has their own style, principles and beliefs. It would all be so good when we keep our minds open to everything and embrace eachother for what we really are. 

Embrace yourself and others around to keep yourself chirpy and lively! Everybody loves to be around vivacious people, so why not?! 

A jist of a strange and savage 2016

It feels like 2016 has just been a day long. Strange and savage things have been taken place all through the year. The very few incidents that I remember, solely because of mom’s almond prescription, goes as follows:
With the beginning of the fiscal year, began the creation of blockbusters in bollywood.

 The Pakistani prince charming and the tall, fair and deadly actor of bollywood came up with Kapoor and sons in march, which was a big hit, I believe. All the hype and attention the prince charming recieved for his looks in his debut movie came down and disappointed his fans as he looked like a ‘boy’ and not a man in his second release. Poor Prince! 

I have realised that our politicians desperately want to hit the limelight every few days and for that they come up with wonderful schemes! Soon Mr AK 49 came up with a smart formula to avoid pollution called the odd – even rule, but to his shock, it didn’t really work. Poor Delhites! 

The Diamond birthstone month coincidently took up the matter of Kohinoor Diamond. Inorder to be the talk of the nation,the modi govt. decided to bring our prestige back to our country. Then few days later the chief justice of India gave out a statement – “India should not claim Kohinoor as it was neither stolen nor forcibly taken away. It was handed over by Maharaja Ranjit Singh to the East India company.” The govt. itself is perplexed about the diamond and then wishes to bring it back, I wonder what happens to the diamond?! Poor nation! 

Towards the mid may, Apple , one of the most expensive companies, decides to launch a develpoment office in our country, and guess where in the nation? in Hyderabad, a moment of pride for us, I believe, a good tenure Mr Rao. 
“Kuch din ka bhoot” – a line which I think is apt for this instance, Pokemon Go Fever! I ponder how people come up with such creative games where kt results in deaths of humans. July would have been all about Pokemon go but just then our “bhai” decided to steal the limelight away from this new game and thus came up with a very beautiful movie “Sultan”. It is really worth a watch! 
Our athletes have made us proud by winning silver and brawns in Rio 2016. A big salute to PV Sindhu and Sakshi Malik for their exceptional performances. 
Just when we were celebrating our proud moment, our neighbouring friends/enemies/ or whatever you call them decided to attack and ruin our celebration, just when our martyrs saved us from them. What a grief, one human kills another for materialistic pleasures. Inhuman behaviour I say. Talking about inhuman behaviour, just when I was scrolling my newsfeed, I read an article which says ‘a man killed a pregnant dog and then raped it.’ What a pathetic plight?!

Soon days passed and then 
 “The demonestation phase” began. 

A shocking news revealed by our PM in one of his speeches, it said about the ban of 500 and 1000 Rupees notes . Just when few were blessing him while few were cursing him for cutting their pockets , we forgot that he was making sure to keep UP elections in his pockets! What a smart move to ban the shades of red and green and to come up with shades of pink during this time. 

A politician will always remain a politician.

Celebrating love or lust? -reality check!

I dunno why everyday, every minute , every time he is in my mind, I constantly think of him. I wish we could be together forever but life is not a movie, reality has to crush your dreams into many million pieces. ”

 – story of every other teenager. 
 Dunno why people judge other people , did they come and ask for your kidney, your money, your bf/gf, your job, your life. Stop judging them. You don’t know what they are going through, so Be kind to all.

And we know life is no movie and there are no endings like bollywood love stories , but there is true love. Some boys these days only want sex from girls, thats it, even after knowing the fact, like an insane person we expect miracles to happen. We know we will hurt ourselves by constantly thinking about the same thing but yet we do think, just chill, eventually , we will learn, don’t stress much about this! We’ll get over it, I know.

 May be one year has passed or more but even now you think about that guy and want to be with him. He is happy and high in his life and you are here just pretending to be happy and high in life and assuming this to be the end of your love life! This is not the end, its just a learning phase. When there is something bad in a story, there is also something good. You gained even after losing. Not all guys are the same, few are just saving themselves for investing in serious relationship, so don’t lose faith in love. 

You might have spoken enough about ‘him’ to people and you must be assuming that they might be thinking 

‘shutup ass your world didn’t come to an end, get over him’ 

so now you may have stopped talking about him to people and now you are keeping it in your heart, but trust me, its not like that. Sensitive people exsist!
There is true love.

You are meant to be with somebody who loves you.

Move on and start a fresh!

Y’all must be wondering why did I write I all these negative lines; so here’s the answer to it!

I’ve learnt one major thing till now and I’m surely keeping it in my mind for the rest of my life!

*YOU CAN’T KEEP EVERYBODY HAPPY*

There is always going to exsist a few bunch of people who really don’t like your presence and you just can’t help it, you ought to deal with it! You don’t have to speak sugar candies to please everyone. You got to be genuine to yourself and to everyone around, there is no need to sugar coat everything that you speak. Too much of sweetness leads to diabetes! 
You like something, compliment.
You don’t like something, shutup or say you don’t like it. 

Don’t be fake. The right ones will love you for who you are and the wrong ones will leave you for what you are. I’m not saying be blunt and rude to everyone, be smart enough to choose wise words so you sound  frank and also polite.
Be yourself and let the right ones cherish your presence! 

Fate fell short 🌟

Every goal has a planned journey, and if the journey does not go according to the plan, you really get disturbed. I dunno about everyone but I do get disturbed, though I realised from my experiences that even if things don’t go the way you plan, there is a possibility of it going in an even better way. You are just supposed to go with the flow and trust your self.
Another thing that I strongly feel is we should all inherit in us is to be open to everything that comes our way, not only any situation that arises but also approach all the people you meet in a positive and friendly way, be open to accept anybody and any situation that arises.
Everything that I just wrote can be explained in one line and symbol.

 I prefer bags, shoes and wallets over clothes from here. The range of the stuff  starts from affordable prices to expensive ones and  this is what I bought from there.

Forever 21

I prefer this brand for crop tops and neckpieces. This store is a little expensive but I think it does justice by providing good quality products. And currently there is sale going on in this store.
Zara 

The stuff here is very classy just like its name! And also you might find some cute and funky stuff at this place. 

Lifestyle

From home decor to outfits, everything is just so beautiful, my half wardrobe is from here. And also they come with good schemes and from affordable products to expensive ones, everything is available here!

Festival of lights v/s All Saints of Eve🙈

Cultures have always been contrasting and different from eachother! Diwali is a festival of lights where as Halloween is a day of trick and treating! Diwali is a celebration of victory of good over bad and Halloween is a day dedicated to all the souls of the deads and a day to celebrate superstitions!  

Burning crackers, lighting diyas, decorating houses and chanting prayers are a source of joy during Diwai while Trick or treating, partying , wearing costumes , lighting bonfires and haunted attractions are a source of joy during Halloween! I believe both the festivals are contrasting but both have a meaningful purpose to celebrate. Difference in purpose of celebration does not make difference in intentions and emotions and I think this is the most cherishable part of celebrations and festivals. 

Merging of different cultures and rituals of different people is the best way to sort global differences in my opinion!

My Goals

A life without goals is a useless one, in my opinion! I’m sure all of us have something that we want desperately and the distance between us and our goals is the ‘hardwork’ that we have to do!Here are I’m mentioning to you about my goals, tell me if you can relate to it! 
I’m not saying these are the only goals that I hold, but these are like the main ones!

* To get into that one college that I always dreamt of!
* To stay fit.(then junk gets into the picture -_-) 

* Independently stay in a different city for one year after my graduation.(I dunno this one is practically possible or not)

* Work as a journalist in a lifestyle/political magazine! (Like I don’t wanna limit my subject, if y’all understand  what I mean)

* To become a good realistic artist!
