Motivation- The push

What do I mean by this title? Now we all have goals, some have short term goals while others have long term goals. The goals need to be transformed into achievements and how do we do this is the question! 

I’m going to present an example to you, Commonly in teenagers, we want to stay fit and slim, so for that we decide to diet. 
Our major goal is to reduce weight, you might control your cravings and workout for a day or two or some don’t even complete a day and end up giving up on goals , at this point of time you need that ‘push’ to help you achieve your goals. You need to evaluate yourself and see , in the first place why did you even think of losing weight? Your initial thought and the determination that you held earlier should be reminded to your inner consience for you to achieve your target weight (here it can be any of your goals). 

And just don’t force yourself to acheive your target, reward yourself now and then to keep the motivation alive in you!
